i ordered my tp through the advanced exchange tues morning at 9am, my sister ordered one at 11am. we both received our tps on wednesday. very quick delivery. they are brand new retail box kits with all the accessories.

someone else mentioned having a spare battery in the box. i assume this is from all the complaints about battery life on the tp, because we both had spare batteries in the packing box as well. they arent inside the retail box, but were put in with the packing slip and cushioning material, extra htc branded batteries.

if anyone is still trying to get the tp, id suggest just trying a couple times a day at various hours. the availability changes based on their stock, you just have to hit it at the right time when they have no more moguls in the system.

i believe april 19th is the cut off date for when the asurion mogul tep replacement cost doubles, so you got 8 weeks or so to try to get a tp for the current $50 charge.
