Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

but how do i explain to another sprint store repair center that it wasnt my fault? and if i do the self service replacement, would i be granted a free replacement? ok the buttons dont work but i can deal with that, but the keyboard is annoying as hell when i have to retype some words if i dont press hard enough. i do not want to pay $100 for another mogul.

i dont know if i can stand using this phone for 30 days. right now i have treo pro activated.

One of the options on the Sprint Self Service Solutions website is sticking/non working buttons. That's what I used, as my d-pad wasn't working, and there was no charge.

Yes they can charge if it isnt broken and yes they charge if you dont return.

If you call regarding something on your account, such as upgrades to plan, new phones, etc, they ask for a pin, which is between 6 and 10 characters. It's like a passcode to ensure the authorized person on the account is making changes. I think it's numeric only. Have you never set up a pin for your account?

If you own the account you should know your own pin. How would I or anyone here know it. I am guessing you either forgot it or need to ask mom or dad or wife/husband for it.

i dont think ive never need to use it so i dont remember. ill have to check.

1) If you have a pin but forgot it.... you can find out what it is by going to sprint.com --> login to your account --> click settings and passwords towards the top --> it sohuld show you your information and should show you your pin on the left side.

2) If you NEVER HAD A PIN... i think it means you havent registered your account online. You can register and itll ask you to create a pin.

3) If you have an account but you never got the option to create a pin, it means that sprint will notify you or you have to call sprint to make a pin. This recently happened to my friend and he just called and they made him make up a pin.

Sprint just gave my daughter her 4 refurbish mogul phone. This one has issue with the memory card slot, so she back to the repair store.

Took my phone into a Sprint store a few days ago because the Wi-Fi radio was dead. Just received my refurbished Mogul. Yaaaaay!! /sarcasm
