Updated: 02/05 - NO LONGER WORKING on Sprint - Real Picture Mail (PicMail, MMS)

thanks for the help but I still need more lol...i am not tech savvy at all so I dont even know how to download the program on my device..i have the phone plugged into the computer so where do I go from here??????? please help

i assume you have activesync installed, if so, it should open and sync (connect) when you plug in your device via usb. on the active sync window, click explore. take the file you wanna put onto your device from your computer in the window that pops up when you clicked explore. just remember where you put it and then go navigate to it on your device. click on the cab file and it will launch..

the program is installed on my phone but it does not send my messages. Do i need to change the user name on the mms? It says user@user.com. Should it be linked to another email or something?

why can't i send a mms message? i did everything i was suppose to. i installed it but everytime i go to send the message or hit send/receive i get an error synchonozing message. what do i do?

This was working flawlessly on both my mogul & touch last week.
But yesterday and today, I get a message that the message delivery failed.
I originally got a message that the pic was too large so I dl the MmsSizeLimit cab. and reinstalled the Arcsoft MMS cab. I don't get the too large message now and I get the sending message but it comes back message delivery failed.
Is anyone else having problems with this app?
Any fix?

I have been getting the same error..message delivery failed. I'm going to delete and try to reinstall.

Does anyone have an answer for us that are using DCD's ROM? I install the .cab to my storage card but I still can't get the MMS option when I go to messages. The only thing is I can still configure the MMS options tho. Any suggestions?

It started to work all of a sudden last night.
My mogul started to resend some of the failed MMS' all by itself last night and some came back sent. When I tried to send a new one afterwards, I still got the message fails reply.
Today, when I started the active sync, it started to send the failed ones from last night and the day before all by itself. And afterwards, I again tried to send a new one and lo and behold, it worked.
I think there must have been a server problem/issues.
This happened to me about two weeks ago but instead of not being sent, the other side didn't recd it until 12-24 hours later.

Maybe that's why they don't give us true PIC MAIL. It will overload their servers. IMHO

But at least it's working now =D>

there were issues i think with the server yesterday because it kept telling me that REGULAR txt messages werent able to send, the network was unavailable. I just installed that cab file today, and its not working for me either. I cant actually send it out. I dunno if its something I dont have set up, or am not doing correctly. The file is just saved in my drafts. Any ideas?

Mine started working. My issue was probably sprint's server. Now I don't always get "message sent" on the first try. I just tried it now and it's working as I am sending it to myself.
Are you getting "message delivery failed" when you said "it's not working for me either"? do you get sending message notification? if so, for both, then it's probably a server issue. Try sending it several times (hit retry now). If you get failed delivery message then I would think it's the server.
