I installed this cab on my new 2.17 rom, and the MMS option is not there, it still only shows "Outlook E-mail" and "New E-Mail Account". Before I put in threaded SMS, it showed Text Messages , Outlook E-mail, and New E-Mail Account. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times to no avail. Any ideas? It worked fine on the 2.09 rom

Have talked to Telus but got no where on this issue.
Heres hoping for a solution.
Also been waiting on a p4000 solution to mms on TELUS man... sucks not having it. Even if just for incoming mms. So retarded how Rogers/Fido publicly release their mms server addresses but TELUS does not. I'm kind of perplexed how nobody has found these addresses on their own though since TELUS does offer MMS to other phones. ANYONE have a solution for this??? Pleeeease

Unhappy Can't Get Mms To Send Through...

Not a noob...had mms on 6700 and juss recently picked up 6800.

installed the one-click mms that supposedly had all settings configured and everything went swell...

i have all things ready and set but when i actually put to send pic it takes rather long to "send" i say "send" because it keeps giving me the "message delivery failed" error...

on my 6700 it worked great! so why not on my 68?

please help...thanks in advanced.

oh yeah, if i were to upload new rom updates, which program is best to backup contacts?

thanks again.

Flix is for video, pix is for pictures. Try sending it as a pix. (And if it really is a video, the Arcsoft MMS app has some very strict limitations on what it'll send, you'll have to create the video in MMS format or create the video from within the MMS app (it'll automatically select that format)).

Just installed and sent a pic. Works fine. A "HOW TO" Thread would have been great. The first post doesn't give a full explaination on the total process. I had to scroll through the thread to find the registry edit settings.

Only thing I don't like is if I send a pic the phone won't sync correctly with the computer. I have to restart the phone to get it to do it. I sent Sprint a nasty email about the lack of picture support. How do you sell your flagship phone with it being able to use all of your services?

So, when I try to send a Pix MMS, it doesn't have an option to choose from the list of my contacts?

Sure, just click on the "To:" area.
