Updated: 02/05 - NO LONGER WORKING on Sprint - Real Picture Mail (PicMail, MMS)

Has anybody had any success with MMS on the Telus network?
Have talked to Telus but got no where on this issue.
Heres hoping for a solution.

Also been waiting on a p4000 solution to mms on TELUS man... sucks not having it. Even if just for incoming mms. So retarded how Rogers/Fido publicly release their mms server addresses but TELUS does not. I'm kind of perplexed how nobody has found these addresses on their own though since TELUS does offer MMS to other phones. ANYONE have a solution for this??? Pleeeease

ok i installed this but it wont let me access contacts so do i gotta manually put in the number or do i just type in the persons name as it shows up in the phonebook?

Hi i just got the software on my mogul and i m very thankful for you guys that made this. I swithed from the sprint 8400 wit all the picture mail and the mogul with none so i found this site and love it. Now before i start sending pictures do it cost me anything extra although i have the power vision plan?

i installed this on my touch its fine sending pics but when i recieve picturemail i still have to click on the link to view the picture. is this how its supposed to be?

I installed the mms limit hack and the picmail hack (on first post) and it somehow deleted my Pic/Video account that is usually within the messaging area. It use to list:

- Text Messages
- Picture/Video Message
- New Email Account

Now it doesnt even show the Picture/Video Message part. Any suggestion on how to get that back, as it was fine sending pics but not videos. Now I can't even send either....crap.

Does this work with latest 2.17 ROM? I installed the cab on first post and I couldnt open a MMS when I received it. It failed to send as well.

UPDATE: I finally got it to send. It failed at first and I had to hit "retry" but it finally went. It seems flaky. As far as received MMS it just gives me the web link for sprints mms as before. Perhaps this is how its supposed to work?

thats my question too.. so this only let you send mms but not recieve mms as regular file..


how come when i recieve a picturemail it notifys me as a text not a MMS
