Hi all

:Woot: My first post.

It's day two with my new Mogul and i think it's incredible. So much so that I think I may ditch my Treo for it!

Anyway, I was able to install the Sprint MMS hack posted here to allow pics to be sent via MMS (genius by the way) but I'm noticing a bug.

No matter how large the photo is, from maximum 2mp to 640 x 480 or whatever the minimum is, when I send it off via mms, the receiver only is able to view it at 360 x 480. Ugh that is annoying! I tried sending one to my Flickr account to test this and had the same results.

This is disappointing, given that the Mogul has a very capable camera with many features. I hope someone can help me fix this quickly.

And while I'm talking about Mogul photos, is it possible to rotate them from portrait to landscape when viewing/sending? I'm so used to landscape mode that its what I prefer to work with...

ok i solved my own question. lol.

i edited the mms settings. under the messaging app, select mms > menu > mms configuration. it was set to QVGA originally. i switched it to Original and now, problem solved

yeah its slowing me down hard core... like 15 seconds to open the messenger program after sending a picture. but its sending every time.

do this registry hack, it changes the view

-Camera Flip Pictures Fix

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Camera\Image

Change "EnableEncodePortrait" to 0

When you take a picture it is saved in the wrong configuration and you then have to rotate
it with a picture editor so its not sideways and save it again. This is the fix for it.

So, Is this for sending pics to other mobile numbers? I downloaded the application, when I go to send a picture I put in my friends 10-digit mobile number and instead of sending the message is stuck in my "Drafts" folder.

After having my pic mail working for 2-3 months now I get this message
"Message delivery failed. Or message receipt failed."

This shit is so frustrating! I have soft reset my phone, ive deleted the file and reinstalled it still dosent work. I dont know what to do anymore =(

My Pic mailing has been sporadic as well. Sometimes it gets sent, sometimes it doesnt. when it does It may take several hours for the person to receive it. Its hard to get to pissed off at something that im getting half the time vs. not getting it at all (OEM). But if anyone has a fix for this let me know.
