i apologize for doing this a little late, but the messaging app shortcut integrated to the home plugin works just fine for me, but the only small thing is that the MMS client would also take a little more time than a standard message to send as soon as you send media content... and have you also had any size limitation notices while sending an MMS?

click the "to" and it will bring up your contacts

Hi all

:Woot: My first post.

It's day two with my new Mogul and i think it's incredible. So much so that I think I may ditch my Treo for it!

Anyway, I was able to install the Sprint MMS hack posted here to allow pics to be sent via MMS (genius by the way) but I'm noticing a bug.

No matter how large the photo is, from maximum 2mp to 640 x 480 or whatever the minimum is, when I send it off via mms, the receiver only is able to view it at 360 x 480. Ugh that is annoying! I tried sending one to my Flickr account to test this and had the same results.

This is disappointing, given that the Mogul has a very capable camera with many features. I hope someone can help me fix this quickly.

And while I'm talking about Mogul photos, is it possible to rotate them from portrait to landscape when viewing/sending? I'm so used to landscape mode that its what I prefer to work with...

ok i solved my own question. lol.

i edited the mms settings. under the messaging app, select mms > menu > mms configuration. it was set to QVGA originally. i switched it to Original and now, problem solved

do this registry hack, it changes the view

-Camera Flip Pictures Fix

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Camera\Image

Change "EnableEncodePortrait" to 0

When you take a picture it is saved in the wrong configuration and you then have to rotate
it with a picture editor so its not sideways and save it again. This is the fix for it.

yeah its slowing me down hard core... like 15 seconds to open the messenger program after sending a picture. but its sending every time.

So, Is this for sending pics to other mobile numbers? I downloaded the application, when I go to send a picture I put in my friends 10-digit mobile number and instead of sending the message is stuck in my "Drafts" folder.
