Any luck getting a replacement phone?
Has anyone out there had any luck getting a replacement Mogul, from Sprint, while under warranty...other than physically taking it to a service center and using Sprint's paid insurance?
Situation...some keys on the k/b are kinda flaky and unresponsive (have to press them extra firm to work), and my stylus just wants to slide out (I have already lost one in the sand at the beach...my stupid fault for bringing it on vacation!).
I contacted Sprint, was referred to HTC, still waiting for HTC to contact me. Sprint has changed their tune...one agent said "contact HTC", the next said to take the phone to a service center.
To reiterate...Has anyone had Sprint replace your phone, without Sprint's insurance, or by taking it to a service center?
I know that Sprint will, in certain situations...with certain phones, will send a replacement phone in advance. If just one person out there was able to accomplish this, please let me know.
Thanks for everything, anything, and all that this community has done!
