The exchange program supposedly doesn't cover the Mogul, tried that already...and Sprint customer service says no. The nearest service center is like 50 miles away. Sprint even offered me almost 200 in a credit towards a new phone...doesn't quite cover the cost of the Mogul! But, thanks for the response man. Most appreciated.
