It could be that the sync cable USB connector might be out of wack and it fitting TOO tight and thus putting too much stress on the Moguls usb port. I've had a sync cable that fit really tight... (at first I though it was stuck). Once I got it off, I stopped using it. |

Re: $$#$#@
Why didn't I think of that? No company has ever had to recall a product. And, yes, many, many people having the same problems with the same model of phone from the same manufacturer must be the users abusing the phone...

Re: $$#$#@
Well to read most of the issues stem from sprint phones.. Which to me is quite odd that the same phone released to diff companys would have such a wide spread failure rate. Product recalls are when there is a mass issue with the device if sprint felt that is what was going on they would have done it, or stopped selling the product.

Re: $$#$#@
Another XV6800 user chiming in to say I have had no problems that make my device inoperable. Keyboard, wifi, bluetooth, radio, etc.. all work fine without a white spot in sight. i am a welder by trade so phones don't usually last long for me. Metal dust is a killer. I have had it for 10 months, with lots of hard drops, skips across concrete and even moisture enough to fog the screen and it still works great. I am impressed with the build quality, I guess I got a wednesday phone instead of a friday phone?
Either way, that is what insurance and manufacturers warranties are for.
