well i did see something tat cought my eye on the HTC site.... look at the new tytanII... look perty with a slide out keyborad... or for all the touch lovers they have a touch dual

I just got a mogul replaced they were going to give me a touch to replace it but I was able to get the person at the sprint store to locate me a mogul from another store and pick it up fo me

told her I didn't want the touch

The Mogul is in really really high demand because of the Rev. A update...It has not been discontinued.

Mine is on backorder too - Sprint customer service says to check back in 1-2 business days

Considering how badly Sprint has been doing in the recent past... I'd actually see this as a positive note.

I recently chatted with a Sprint Activation person (added another line to my account). I asked her if they were busy and she said it's been pretty busy since the new "Everything" plan went into effect.

If your phone is on backorder from insurance they told me they are sending out the Touch instead so people dont have to wait. So be prepared if the touch arrives, just call back and complain and you should be able to send it back for the mogul

I just got a call from 1-866-860-6307 at 1:30pm today saying that the HTC Mogul will arrive at my house no later than March 26th (one week from today), and that they are sorry for any inconvenience blah blah blah.

It was a recording, but pretty well done though, and she (it was a she) sounded sorry, lol

Those are GSM phones (ATT, T-Mo, Europe), Not CDMA (Sprint, Verizon, Altell). Though it would be sweet to get a CDMA TYTN II, because it has twich the ram as the Titan(Mogul), but I don't see it hapening for another year or two
