the following need to be in the ROOT of your storage card, NOT inside another folder..

1.) a folder called "map folder" (inside of which will be 4 files - (2) Red_Light_Camera files and (2) Retail_Stores files..

2.) a folder called "USA_and_Canada_675.1409 (inside of which will be all your map files)

3.) a single file called "ttnavigator.bif

4.) optionally, a folder called 'Voices', with your downloaded or custom voice add ons..

again, these need to be in the ROOT of your SD...

i dont want to beat a dead horse, but are you SURE those are in the ROOT of your SD card.......

there should be a file inside the USA_and_Canada folder called 'cline.dat' - at 498MB.....
check your file sizes.. you could have a bum install ?

Re: TomTom 6

I put all the files on sd card and put it in the mogul. I put all files in folder named "copy to sd card". Then found cab file TTN installed. What could be wrong? All the files seem to be in correct area?

Re: TomTom 6

When I sync phone to computer TomTom Home can see the maps and all the other files under the storage card folder on the right side of program if that tells you anything. I am so fustrated with this ,but I appreciate any help. I cannot figure what is wrong.

You do not put any files in any folder, just put it directly into sd card.
