Re: TomTom 6

Does anybody else have any issues with TomTom not saving their "Home" location or "Favorites"? I can set my "Home" location, however, when I close TomTom and re-run it, its back to 1600 Pennsylvania, and same goes for my "Favorites", they no longer exist.

I'm using AstroLauncher BTW if this make any difference.

Re: TomTom 6

I have just installed TomTom 6 on my Mogul and I run program and it says no maps found! I have put the map file on my SD card, Navigation file, and still no maps found. Anybody have any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

Re: TomTom 6

Make sure you install TomTom Home on your PC and install the maps to your device using that software.

when you copied the files to the sd card ,you should have also copied the map file too at that time. (not in an other file)

Found the answer to this problem. The mapsettings.cfg file is marked as read only. Change that with resco explorer or total commander and it will work.

I installed TomTom Home and still no maps! It sees the maps in TomTom Home and they seemed to be installed in the correct area. How can I check to see if files are in correct fil? Where should they be? Thanks for help
