What would I be checking the registry for to see if its messed up or w/e..??? I'll do another hard reset if i have to, unless theres a way around it to see maybe what file didnt load and whatnot...

Ok well i just hard reset again, and tried to install and still the same thing.. It will all install properly on my computer, than once it gets to the activesync part my phone will look like its trying to load it, than it says Unsuccessful... ???????

Activesync is terrible. Here is a link to the CAB version of .NET CF 3.5 http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...48&postcount=2 Copy it to your phone and install from there.
