I sent an email to Jerry B. Adriano and recieved this reply back several weeks ago . . .

I checked with our product team and Sprint TV will be available on the Mogul after an upcoming maintenance release that is currently scheduled for June. I apologize for the lack of clarity by our reps on what TV service is available on the Mogul."[/font] |

1st off yes it is, and dont say no one, have you sent an email to DAN? Diddnt think so. You like to put your spin on it to make it sound like not one person is getting a response. Let me clarify the spin you put on that......This guy is trying to turn a company into a champion, he wants to hear from you, and they are getting back to you even if it is not him personally that gets back to you, he is making them resolve the customers issues. There happens to be a lot of people who dont know how to get something that they rightfuly deserve as a customer, not to be confused with a forum browser thinking they are smarter than the system. Try it and you'll get a response to a question or your issue resolved as long as it is valid. Im sure even the most off the wall questions will be answered by someone...

Sincerely, Terri Forest 757-223-3384 Sprint Which was followed by several other emails and finished with the following: As far as Sprint TV on the Mogul, we have not blocked the feature. The Mogul (and a few other Sprint phones) has the Microsoft Windows 6 program built into the phone. This program is not compatible with the Sprint TV feature. It simply does not work. Unfortunately there is not an estimated time if this feature will be able to work with the Mogul. The best advice I can give is to keep up with the latest downloads and upgrades available for the Mogul. A great way to do this is to visit http://softwarestore.sprint.com/. I must admit every Email had a quick response, however it was not the response we all wanted. I hope after the June Update, we will get "SprintTV" Remember you can make a difference, send you frustration about SprintTV to : dan@sprint.com
