Re: Official Discussion of SprintTV on Mogul - NO LONGER WORKING ON MOGUL - 02/06
this is the latest email i received from sprint about stv, in my email to them i mentioned that this was a program sprint had pre installed.... why dont they seem to understand that? Dear (name removed)
Thank you for contacting Sprint and making us aware of any issues that you may be having. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced regarding the Sprint TV. I am glad that the Sprint TV was able to work flawlessly for you before, but unfortunately the phone does not have the capability of the Sprint TV. If the phone was able to do it for you before it was not through Sprint's system and that may be the reason why you were able why it was disable, because for the Mogul sprint never set up for that phone to have Sprint TV. Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business. Sincerely, Lashawnda F (757)223-3951 Sprint what do they mean it was never set up to rum stv? lol it came on the device. |

Hi all-
From my previous e-mail to "DAN" I just wanted to let you know what I had gotten for a response. Not that it's going to change anything..... Just to note i got a response on Monday and then I responded back to them and then I got the 2nd response back this morning.... Here is the first reply: On Mon, Apr 28, 2008 at 10:08 AM, Sprint Customer Solutions - eCare1 < ecare1@cc.sprintpcs.com> wrote: > Dear XXXXXXXXX, > > Thank you for contacting Sprint. At this time we have no plans of adding Sprint TV to the HTC Mogul device. Any software updates offered in the future are to improve the productivity of current features offered on the device. This device was intended for business customer and the Sprint TV application was not considered as necessary feature. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will pass your feedback on to the appropriate group. Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business. Sincerely, Terrale W. 7572233703 Sprint SO for all of us I guess it is not a "Necessary Feature" so that's why..... |

I got one that works for free... And it gives you a "renewable" free trial. 40+ Channels...
ESPN, FOX Sports, NBC, ABC News, and more... I am not joking... I would have been up the creek without my Playoff basketball on the go... "Rockets B!#$%H..." |
