Because SprintTV is provided by MobiTV and we were contacted and threatened with legal action if ANY of their software were to be found linked to, hosted, etc. on the site.

I understand that Sprint TV does not work on the Mogul, however MobiTV does work. My Question is why does Sprint take the money for the Full Data pack which includes SprintTV, but feels that it does not have to deliver it to the consumer?
