Re: White Spots
you can try but i doubt you'll get one. 1. the sprint stores dont have them yet. 2. i filed an insurance claim 2 weeks ago and they still sent me a NIB mogul so they'll probably just get you another one

Re: White Spots
email e-care and tell them about the repeated problems you've been having with the mogul and see if they'll trade ya out. ya might not get anywhere but its definitely worth a try, if you search the forums you'll probably find some success stories like this.
Good Luck though |

Re: White Spots
I have two white spots on my mogul now. One has been there for 5 months (phone is 11 months old) and the other is just starting to form so I contacted sprint yesterday and they informed me that they will not replace the phone because I never bought insurance. Explaining to them that this is not an insurance issue but a defective product issue they told me that in a month when the phone is a year old they will give me a $175 credit on a new phone. Seeing as though the decent ones are in the $600 range, a $175 credit is not much.
I don't know how upgrading is going to work because I don't want to lose my $30 SERO plan but i don't want to pay full price for a new phone. |
