Think Sprint would replace Mogul with broken USB?

I can tell you for sure it has nothing to do with soft-resetting in the dark. Simply plugging/unplugging several times a day is weakening/breaking the center plastic island. This is going to be a real problem for all Mogul owners, and I anticipate more frequent reports in the upcoming months as people's USB ports start to wear out.
