The center plastic piece broke on my USB port, and I took it to a local repair shop. They said I have to file it with Assurion. I was out $50, but at least they sent me a new phone with all new accessories. I was able to keep all the accessories and send them just my old phone. The connector on my new phone is already giving me some problems, so I've concluded that the USB connector on the Mogul is of extremely poor quality.
