@thecalip, that issue has been reported and seems to be caused by a 3rd party app, not the firmware itself. Sometimes the symptom is not being able to answer at all and is generally a cause of the data connection not dropping fast enough. In my experience, it was caused by Schap's Advanced Config 1.1, but a few people have said other registry tweak apps have done similar.

Any can help me, I'm using this Mogul in Indonesia and only can be used for phone function only. Internet access alway got stucked... seem not fully onlock. EVDO signal couldn't detected.... always got sprint inside..

On device info :

ROM : 3.35.651.2
Radio version 3.35.04
PRL version 00000 (should be not this right, no PRL???)
PRI version 1.24_003

Yes you should download the latest PRL for your carrier or call *2 and have the OTA.
