@thecalip, that issue has been reported and seems to be caused by a 3rd party app, not the firmware itself. Sometimes the symptom is not being able to answer at all and is generally a cause of the data connection not dropping fast enough. In my experience, it was caused by Schap's Advanced Config 1.1, but a few people have said other registry tweak apps have done similar.
