I wouldn't be surprised if Sprint is waiting until a counter-measure is in place before allowing HTC to release the EVDO Rev A ROM in Q1 2008, but they decided to release *this* ROM early with tethering still hackable just to address the major bugs.

I can't get the ##3282# code to work with the new rom to set up internet sharing.

I didn't realize the HTC Touch dialer breaks the ##codes.

I know this isn't the proper thread, but is there a good dialer skin that works with the ##codes on the titan?

I did the internet sharing hack and I still get error code 67.

What about the phone not waking/locking up on roaming? This was an issue on the 2.16 ROM. Has that been fixed with this new ROM?

I haven't had an opportunity to test that yet, but I should have a chance this weekend.

I'm guessing they attempted to fix it as it is now radio version 1.47.1 where the one that came with the 2.16 rom was v 1.47.

well, no gps yet. but does anyone have any experience with 2.17 and the new google maps 2.0 with "my location" agps type location?

First issue that I have found:

When roaming (I forced roaming this time) there is no indication what so ever that I am roaming. The triangle is missing, just as with the botched ROM update. I know i'm om Verizon because its 1x only and SID 56. Is there a fix for this?
