i think we have every right to complain about non-working bluetooth especially. the moto Q ran WM and has great BT.

in many states it is law to use a headset, and since they couldnt oblige with a built in headset jack, you really need BT to comply with the law.

i think it is absolutely ridiculous

All this talk about releasing the SDK to the geek community may sound logical but isn't really smart. It's for the same reason MS asked XDA-Developers to stop hosting custom roms on their site.

Simply becasue;
1) People hear stuff from websites like these and go and start screaming to customer service about how the word on the internet is this but they can't do that.

2) Majority of the people that download these ROMs have no idea what they are doing. They just want to be on the cool side. They brick or damage their devices then go crying to Sprint or other carrier about how their device no longer functions.

You have to understand that the ultimate product is a compromise to satisfy the highest amount of people.

I work in customer service(not for Sprint) and this is what I have to deal with?

Some smuck calls in claiming that he heard on the internet that there is aproblem with his device.
He admits that he hasn't experienced the problem but wants some sort of compensation.

I know most of the people in PPCGEEKS know their stuff but you gotta understand that flashing and cooking roms for noobs only causes unnecessary customer complaints.

You could argue the flip side that if the tools were made available then hacks that potentially brick a phone wouldn't be necessary. A custom ROM could be installed with the same utility that Sprint/HTC uses.

hhahaha! Im one of those smucks that cals sprint and babbles how I heard this and that on the internet. I just don't know how in th hell im still allowed on their network. lol

I wonder.... what do you have to do to get kiked out? Im scared because im going toward phone replacement number 6. What's the magic number that gets you booted? Anyone ever gotten a letter of termination?

Hahaha this is priceless!!!

I figured my e-mail to e-care was not going through on their site because it was too long. So I sent a shorter one asking for a way to send it or for the max amount of characters allowed on that form.

A couple of minutes later, and after editing my message, I was able to send it with a little over 1,300 characters. Of course I had already sent the first one, but I didn't care since I'd let them know to close that one when they answered.

However, their answer said that the e-care web form has a limit of 52 characters!!! I was like WTF? So I sent a nice reply asking them to close that ticket because I had been able to sent my message with over 1,300 characters as indicated by MS Word.

I also let the rep know that the original message I sent asking about the limit has 382 characters and that it seemed a little odd for the limit to be 52.

I don't know about handsets, but wasn't there an article not too long ago about Sprint terminating service for users that called to complain too much?

ya.... a lot of ppl got terminated for calling too much. But all my calls arfe realy because of technical issues with my Mogul. I wonder what they consider bad calls?
