Reason why alot of Sprint customers are getting refused for a touch is because theres ALOT of ppl doing it. Some are getting lucky depending on you notes on your account and some are not.

This Bryan R guy is the nicest E-care representative. He added $50 credit and added night minutes from 6 pm for me.

I'm really pissed off at this point, and although I probably wasn't going to terminate my Sprint account before, now I'm seriously considering it. I hate getting the runaround.

Cliffnotes:
- Mogul sucks, e-mailed eCare, said I could get a different model
- Went to 2 different sprint stores and they told me they won't do it.
- I'm an angry customer.

Actually, in the first post, the email back from ecars states that he is within the 30 day warranty so that was what I was referring to.

I like my mogul, but I wish it would do the things it was suppsosed to, gps, tv, no sucky bt. I am well out of my 30 day period and have not complained at all to this point. Maby I should start.

Status: RESOLVED!!!

I finally got on the phone with someone nice at retentions today. He offered to send me a brand new Touch for $200 and charge it to my account, and let me keep my Mogul. This is actually better, since I can just sell the Mogul for $350 on eBay (it's in perfect condition) and get $150 profit in the end. What a nice guy!

I'm pleased now.

i called rententions to see if they would swap my Mogul out for The Touch. I explained all the wonderfull problems with my Mogul and they said they were aware of the BT problem. They gave me a $75 credit on my account and said I need to call HTC on Monday to see if they will replace me POS Mogul for the Touch. I already know HTC isn't going to do it. They mentioned to call them back if HTC doesn't help. Sprint said I might be able to use the Insurance on my account to get the Touch but would have to pay the $50 deductable. My reasoning is why in the hell should I have to pay $50 to be able to use a phone with a working bluetooth feature? I already paid $500 for the dam Mogul two months ago. Plus i haven't lost my phone or damaged it myself. It is a manufactures defect. I'm seriously thinking about canceling my account and going to AT&T for the Tylt. I'm tired of this run around crap. Why are they making me call HTC? Sprint had a contract with HTC for the phones so shouldn't they be the ones calling HTC to do the swap?

looks like you will make $25 on the deal if you go through insurance to get the touch.

After having to threaten to revoke my 4 lines of service and go elsewhere. I would recommend just keep hacking away till you get a rep who is responsive..
