It took me a week of going thru the motions with E care and escalating to various levels of customer service, but they finally relented. I had 2 people that were just nonresponsive and not helpful. After having to threaten to revoke my 4 lines of service and go elsewhere. I would recommend just keep hacking away till you get a rep who is responsive..
