i called rententions to see if they would swap my Mogul out for The Touch. I explained all the wonderfull problems with my Mogul and they said they were aware of the BT problem. They gave me a $75 credit on my account and said I need to call HTC on Monday to see if they will replace me POS Mogul for the Touch. I already know HTC isn't going to do it. They mentioned to call them back if HTC doesn't help. Sprint said I might be able to use the Insurance on my account to get the Touch but would have to pay the $50 deductable. My reasoning is why in the hell should I have to pay $50 to be able to use a phone with a working bluetooth feature? I already paid $500 for the dam Mogul two months ago. Plus i haven't lost my phone or damaged it myself. It is a manufactures defect. I'm seriously thinking about canceling my account and going to AT&T for the Tylt. I'm tired of this run around crap. Why are they making me call HTC? Sprint had a contract with HTC for the phones so shouldn't they be the ones calling HTC to do the swap?
