If you're in their Ensemble billing system, you'll receive an email from Sprint within twenty-four hours with the order and tracking number.

WoW sprint CS is has no clue what they doing... after 20 emails with E-care back and foward, they said I cant swap the phone... then I get a call from sprint telling me that I will get a free touch and I get to keep the mogul.../boggle Either way my BBB complaint is in lets see what happens....

Yeah sprints really confusing me too. They will mail me a touch and a return kit for my mogul. Then I just pulled up my accnt and saw 499.99 as a credit?!?!?

They do that when they ship you a replacement phone. But after 15-20 days the credit expire and if you have not return the phone you will have to pay that amount, so make sure you save the tracking number =)

Awesome! That means they are sending me a touch like they said. Then it gives me 15-20 days to decide if its the right choice for me. I am sure that I will send in the mogul (keep tracking #) for my 549.99 credit once i play with the touch for a few days. I already tested it at the store and it seems to be just as good as everyone says it is. YA SPRINT!
