Well, I'm so tired of the issues with my Mogul that I wrote them an e-mail too. I was thinking about it, and having 7MB of free RAM makes it take like 3873935 hours just to open an e-mail to reply to, so I can use that time to already be typing on the Touch. lol

I'd let Sprint hear from you
As for trading in the phone or getting a refund - I'd be happy to go to the treo 800w at this point. Although I'd miss a big screen I'd really like a phone that I can use as a phone. It seems to me that Sprint still stiffs you if you bought the mogul when it came out as the Touch is a less expensive phone.

I went for the Touch as well. Should get it ordered on Monday and then here by Wed/Thurs.

Just talked to Sprint they said Sprint Touch retails for $499 ... Im getting it for $249 but Im keeping my Mogul ...

I tried the touch out yesterday. I was not impressed at all. Yea its thinner and lighter but the phone itself was not that great. Also, having just a touch keyboard is crap.
Personally I do not think it will end up replacing the Mogul (I know its not technically the replacement model)

I have the MOGUL, 6700, & Sprint is sending me the TOUCH.. Let's see if i likes.. & hopefully the bugs on MOGUL will be fixt up by 2008.. I contacted SPRINT spoke to account services and info'd them on the MOGUL issues, they had originally sent me the MOGUL 2 weeks prior to drop off date & now the TOUCH but im still going to keep my MOGUL.. love the apps.
