Phone Lock Ups After new ROM Update?

Also, when roaming, I no longer get a roaming icon or a Triangle.

Something is very messed up here. Could this simply be the PRL?

Set to "Sprint Only" network, and still get lock ups. Definitely locks up when switching back and forth between Roaming, Automatic, and Sprint only and turning the screen off and on. Using both latest ROM and Radio, fresh hard reset, with sprint customizations.

guys i have the 1.41 radio in the altell rom , ABSOLUTLEY NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER.
Then i "upgraded to the new 2.16 rom from sprint , My phone froze 4 times in an hour , so i reflashed , and 5 times the next hour , i went back to the older alltell 2.14 rom and my phone is perfect again, all I really want it the radio upgrade of the new sprint rom. how do i achieve this goal. the internet seems to be much faster with the 1.47 radio.

phone has locked up twice since I upgraded on tuesday, plugged my phone in overnight, when I unplugged it this morning the charge light was on and the data light blinking, but non responsive. Did a soft reset and my battery was only at 60% . I haven't used blue tooth at all. It doesn't appear to happen to me going between EVDO, 1RX, roaming, or zero coverage. Just usually while it is sitting on a table not doing anything.

I just got a lockup after hanging up from a phone call (EVDO area, bluetooth off). Phone was at the today screen but was non-responsive so I had to pull out the stylus and do a soft reset.

I am glad I am not the only with this problem. I got lock up and freeze by the hours. This is ridiculous. I flashed old rom back, and it's doesn't lock up or freeze any more. So grateful that I saved the old rom or else I am fvck.

Which old ROM do you have (2.08 or 2.09)?

Actually, Sprint has taken the new ROM off of the HTC site. The 09 (music store with broken keyboard) is back in its place.

ok..I must be blind or something, I am on the HTC site right now and still see 2.16. Checked the download link and it is still pointing to RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_2.16.651.0_1.47.00_SPCS_NV124 _0506_SPL106_Ship.exe

yep. I am back on the old sprint rom with the alltel keyboard fix. my internet speed has always been great so if radio 1.47 busts my phone, eff that! lol

My phone is just a speedy as when I flashed the new ROM. hard resets are wonderful except from having to reinstall all my tweaks. oy vey!!
