Re: Internet Sharing on the Imagio
kortez, I know this is a really old post but the info in post #6 was really simple and works like a charm. Haven't messed around with any regedit stuff for awhile and enjoyed the refresher. If you're still around Thanks!
PS; anymore little nifty regedit shortcuts you care to unload I'd be happy to pass along. Thanks again!

Re: Internet Sharing on the Imagio
Did you ever get this resolved, because mine does the same thing after installing the file explorer CAB from post #1. Open file explorer, works for about 2 seconds, and gives me the error reporting screen, over and over again.

I "declined" since I only wanted to get calendar updates (too much of my business email is "spam" for my job role, so I have to run a bunch of rules to weed out about 90% of it, and they are "client side", so they only work on Outlook on Windoze PC's - unlike the Lotus Notes we migrated from that would run my rules on the Lotus Domino server to send the thinned out load of email wherever I wanted...). Now I just forward the dozen, or so, weekly calendar items I want to my private POP3 email Id that I can process with the WM email client that can "accept" invites. Still "my" phone as a result (along with VZW of course ). Only way to break loose from that which I know of is a hard re-set (and do NOT set up a link to your Exchange account of course). Re: Internet Sharing on the Imagio
rokky,
Interesting. You responded to a post that is almost a year old.

Re: Internet Sharing on the Imagio
I just got an Imagio, so it is all new to me. That issue with M$ Exchange owning linked smartphones is ongoing though, but a lot of folks do not seem too clued into its full ramifications.
