Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5 *Updated Feb 3, 2010*
It definitely loads faster. I timed it compared to the 1922 build and it loads on my phone a whole 1 1/2 minutes faster! =D>

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5 *Updated Feb 3, 2010*
I found a fix! Now, I did a lot of things, both successful and unsuccessful, involving installing and uninstalling, but this appears to be the fix...follow maxtcee's instructions for SMS, and then install the Disable Sent Notification cab. I can now send SMS through HTC's messaging client without Sense reloading itself. Report back if that worked for you.

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5 *Updated Feb 3, 2010*
I really like 2.5 but I must be doing something wrong because it just runs to slow on my phone. By the time I got everything deleted and installed I was about 116000 Main memory, but definitely have to be careful what you install. I installed codyppc and it locked the phone up tight. Going to go back to 2.1 but great work so far. Can not wait until it gets ready or an HSPL comes out.

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5 *Updated Feb 3, 2010*
I was browsing for new tweaks for Imagio and came across this posting, I read over complete forum before I decided to give 2.5 a try and it loaded flawlessly... But I decided to do a little bit difference on install, before restarting I went into settings and disabled Sense UI and then rebooted and restart starts up without the long wait and then renabled after all was installed and last restart was completed. Load time it normal for ne now...
Thanks for all the wotk, keep it up |
