If Best Buy sells the phone, problem solved. They usually give you the phone for the price, after MIRs. So, BB would sell the phone for $180, and you don't have to have to mail off anything.

If you are a Premier customer you can upgrade to a new phone every 12 months for, I believe, the same price as a new customer. Otherwise it's every years. Both of these scenerios assumes you are signing a 2 year contract.
