okay...so it's confirmed ESN's are blocked and the hero will not work on my SERO account because sprint thinks Hero uses too much data.....

I will now stream movies all day via orb 24/7 on my Diamond even though i am not watching them.....they want data usage..they're gonna get data usage

That's one of the excuses I got also. I'm not on SERO but I do pay the $15 for unlimited data and I'm not changing my plan because it would almost double it. Maybe I'll do the same with my phone.
