Sprint extending contract without Permission

If you've made any changes recently, especially by adding the home

, bonus minutes or pick 3 or 5 recently review your contract.

Sprint has been extending some contracts an additional 2 years

without you knowing. I noticed that while reviewing my account

online today. These items are normally given through account

services. IT WAS CORRECTED ASAP AS THEY STATED THEY ARE NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. Your account can be checked by logging in sprint.com

and checking your contract fulfillment listed on the first page

mods feel free to merge this if it clashes with anything. I wanted to get it noticed asap hence why i created this thread

well technically adding on pick 3/5 is a retention 'save offer'. most of those save offers come with contract extentions. and why is this in the hero section?

Easy. This is the section Athlet1c is associating with. Since he wasn't told it would be an extension they shouldn't extend.

Re: Sprint extending contract without Permission

Yea they were playing games on my contract 6 months ago. You have to watch them. It may have just been a error when it was keyed in.

It is a good post to remind people to watch the accounts.

Thank you very much Thacounty . I appreciate it future Mod. Also to answer your other question deanwolf yes it is a "save offer", but buy extending a contract especially without knowledge to someone who is looking to leave is a bad move. Nevertheless Sprint Recognized it as an Error and corrected it. But I still feel "Date Raped" by it

Re: Sprint extending contract without Permission

This does not surprise me from Sprint. Before I had the Hero they said I had already used my Renewal Rebate. Which was BS, cuz I was waiting on the Hero.
Well what happened was I broke my TP and got it replaced and they thought I had renewed my contract and had to talk to like 3 different people to get this issue fixed.
Well I have a Hero and I got it fixed so its all good.
Watch them cause there sneaky... but I still prefer Sprint over any other service, maybe its just cause I have been with them for 10 yrs with no big issues.

Re: Sprint extending contract without Permission

Been with sprint for over 8 years. I've been through it all, when something as serious as this happens without your consent, do everything you can to get transferred to retentions and politely express how very displeased you feel and how they have yet again performed poorly. Your a loyal customer and were taken advantage of. This could have easily netted you a 20 dollar recurring credit to your account (if you don't already have one).
