Well what happened was I broke my TP and got it replaced and they thought I had renewed my contract and had to talk to like 3 different people to get this issue fixed.
Well I have a Hero and I got it fixed so its all good.
Watch them cause there sneaky...  but I still prefer Sprint over any other service, maybe its just cause I have been with them for 10 yrs with no big issues. |
i agree . i have been here 10 yrs 9 between (Nextel and sprint) on both sides of the fence. they have improved a lot
