This does not surprise me from Sprint. Before I had the Hero they said I had already used my Renewal Rebate. Which was BS, cuz I was waiting on the Hero.
Well what happened was I broke my TP and got it replaced and they thought I had renewed my contract and had to talk to like 3 different people to get this issue fixed.
Well I have a Hero and I got it fixed so its all good.
Watch them cause there sneaky...
but I still prefer Sprint over any other service, maybe its just cause I have been with them for 10 yrs with no big issues.
