I was just at the sprint store because my port stopped working...not from dropping it, just normal use and they refused to fix it, and told me to go through assuian...Bullshit

wouldn't you go to a repair center and not sprint for this issue? did you go to a repair center to see if they would fix it?

It was a Sprint Corporate Store, they have there on repair facilities.

Same case with my evo

filed claim with asurion on 4/12 and shows out of stock and should get it in 7-10 business days

any one got their replacement through asurion? how many days it took? di you get whole package or only phone?
