Like I posted already, I am more inclined to help a person who wants to be honest about the challenges they are having with their device than one who isn't. You will come across those techs that have been " behind the glass " for way to long and have no " Face to Face " skills left. A major shift happening for us now as consumers and employees is a shift back to " Customer Service " . I modded my own devices way before my current employment ... and find that that experience can really help me deal with those " troubled souls " that don't wanna fess up to what they did wrong.
