wiped everything only once though
rebooted
let it do hands free activation

After the ##786# MSL and reset I go into a loop...using clockwork. Never get back to recovery and have to pull battery. Have also tried the ##3282# method. Have gotten and done the Activation, PRL, Firmware update choices several times but it doesn't update to 1.40 Ideas on how to proceed?

Okay got my new MSL and since I run CM6 and it won't do dial codes I went ahead and loaded up stock rooted 2.2

ran the reset dial code and it took me two times but it did update to 1.40..Loaded a old ROM thats 2.1 and it still showed 1.40

NAND restored my CM6 and all is well..I can't look at my PRI in cyanogen that I know of but I don't see why it would change since every ROM I have loaded before shows 1.40.

Nandroid backup
##786# - MSL - Menu-Reset
Wipe cache 2x
Wipe Dalvix 2x

Reboot Phone -- THEN ...... Freaking 4G Loops all over and over and over ...


Pull battery -- Slap my co-worker then accept that is has failed. try 3x now.

Any help is appreciated.

Samething happened to me.. the 4G loop part.. not the slapping part.

Same here...after you did reset how did you get back to recovery to wipe...did you let it boot then go back into recovery ?
