Hot dang! haha talk about dropping the ball there.. ofc it's not a "known" issue (not) I would have loved to have seen the faces on the store rep/tech/manager when you showed them that!

Well they were mailed to me but of course they tried covering it up. Said it must have been damaged in transit....lol they kill me.
