Re: Major bug after update. Affects all programs.

I have only seen the phone go crazy once since the update. I was typing a text using Swype and it got hung up on typing ffffffff until I interrupted it and reset it.

I thought for a fleeting moment that I was back in the day of NetBus but I doubt that could easily happen with a phone........or hmmmmmmmmmm <EVIL>

Re: Major bug after update. Affects all programs.

no crazy activity.... yet. maybe a hard reset will fix your issues if it's not a widespread thing? i had issues with my evo after applying the first "storage card fix" update. i hard reset, and everything was fine for weeks after.

Lucky for me I just have to reset all my widgets, still going to take me 30 minutes or more. I actually just set up two "More Icons!" 4x1's so that was kind of a waste. I just don't understand how they could let this out to a final release without noticing a bug like that.

How's 2.2? Notice a speed boost? I'm just waiting till next month for the official update. Although with this kind of history I'm expecting 2.2 to be released with major bugs.

Wirelessly posted (Sprint HTC Evo : Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1-update1; en-us; Sprint APA9292KT Build/ERE27) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17)

quite the opposite here .. my awake time and up time are damn near the same and I haven't used the phone but a few short times since update. sprint navigation is the culprit yet I ain't using it even. wtfs that about

Re: Battery life with new IT'S update

Battery Life seem very improved. Before the update i had 60% battery life and Since 12pm after the update i have 50% and i use my phone to death. Only a 10% drop in 4 hours?? much better. And im running the internet, sirius app, twitter app, facebook app, live wallpaper, Wifi, and bluetooth.
