What is the real difference between 002 / 003

my 002 screen is fine, so is her 003. I didnt notice any difference. She took her phone back to sprint & they reset it twice...3 hrs later, she seems to be a bit happier with it. I know she & I both link contacts to FB, Ill see if we unlink them if it fixes any text issues, but i know she likes that feature.

i dont really care about the 30 fps i m concern because my first evo had a dead pixel but the screen colors were fine, and this replacement evo has no dead pixel but it looks yellowish is you look at it at an angle, specially when i sit it on my desk and i try to reach it to see the time it looks very terrible to me, the first one didnt have this yellow screen nor my tp2, so this really piss me off because i payed 450 for a phone and a screen that looks white at all angles. so please bear with me

I agree expectations are wayyyyy toooo high! How dare I ask that my screen displays white as white! I mean my god I want my white screen to be white!!!??? And I want the screen to be firmly attached all the way around not coming up anywhere! Good god I am a NAZI. I also do not want to have little light beams coming from under my screen to try and communicate with my via some alien morris code! I also want my battery cover to sit flush with the damn back of my phone. It's not like I paid money for it and am just asking it to be made to the same standards I would expect out of anything! I mean I don't ask that my clothes are all the way stitched together! Or that my house paint is really the same color all the way through. I mean these things are just asking tooo much and anyone who isn't happy with brand new top of the line stuff to be made with some care and concern is just a big old whiner who would whine about anything. You would buy a new car and complain that the windows don't shut all the way cause their miss aligned and rain is leaking in! I mean come on people where does it stop????

This is hilarious!! I can guarantee if this was a plasma tv forum you guys would tell the 8grand plasma tv people who complained the colors were off that its not like its a 100,000 dollar car what do you expect it to be perfect?

Some peoples display doesn't output the right color and some people with the EXACT same phone their display doesnt do that but they are being too picky..

i have 0003 with epson, and i'm not seeing yellow. i know what yellow looks like, i've seen it on the htc tp. anyway, you're going to return an 0003 with yellow tint and hope you get an 0002 with purple tint? nice.

i just want an evo with a screen that when look at it from an angle wont be all washed out of a yellowish color, i will post a video later so you all can see what im talking about

I have an 002, the screen has no purple tint and the colors are great imo...the only time it seems to have any off tint on the white is at less than full brightness... There is a slight yellow tint at that point but it is not bad, go do it to your laptop or desktop lcd. That will be the case for any lcd under its full brightness.

The only other way I could think of compensating is if there were a color temp setting.

I do like being able to adjust displays for max comfort or for color matching seems these big displays should be coming with those options in the settings now.

Mine also has an elevated power button.
