I agree expectations are wayyyyy toooo high! How dare I ask that my screen displays white as white! I mean my god I want my white screen to be white!!!??? And I want the screen to be firmly attached all the way around not coming up anywhere! Good god I am a NAZI. I also do not want to have little light beams coming from under my screen to try and communicate with my via some alien morris code! I also want my battery cover to sit flush with the damn back of my phone. It's not like I paid money for it and am just asking it to be made to the same standards I would expect out of anything! I mean I don't ask that my clothes are all the way stitched together! Or that my house paint is really the same color all the way through. I mean these things are just asking tooo much and anyone who isn't happy with brand new top of the line stuff to be made with some care and concern is just a big old whiner who would whine about anything. You would buy a new car and complain that the windows don't shut all the way cause their miss aligned and rain is leaking in! I mean come on people where does it stop????

i have the 003 and its true if you see at an angle it looks yellowish, i going to return it and wait until i find a 002 screen with not yellow tint

i have 0003 with epson, and i'm not seeing yellow. i know what yellow looks like, i've seen it on the htc tp. anyway, you're going to return an 0003 with yellow tint and hope you get an 0002 with purple tint? nice.

i just want an evo with a screen that when look at it from an angle wont be all washed out of a yellowish color, i will post a video later so you all can see what im talking about

edit: below is a pic of novatec vs epson... 0002 novatec (all 0002 builds, some 0003) is on the left with purple hue, 0003 with epson on right. i'm sorry, but the hue is troubling. i like my blacks/greys to look black/grey.

Mine looks exactly like the one on the right... and I have a 003 Novatec.

FWIW, my novatec also does not have any purple hue...nor does my wife's.
I keep seeing the generalization made that most/or all the Novatec screens have that problem.....not exactly accurate.

I totally have a 002. I knew something looked off, specially next to my Dad's Droid. I just kept telling myself it was the anti-glare screen protector.

Is there a better way to tell then this?

EDIT: I read this 002 vs 003. I know its been covered countless times. And now I'm just as confused as he is. Meh.... Still want to kill someone though, preferable an iPhone user.
