this is interesting well to start it was 100 for smart phones deductible from sprint but on the evo it is infact 150 and i would advise getting both insurance's because the internal screen on the evo can hold much pressure i.e if you have the phone in your pocket and it just happens to be to much pressure or a smal item is pressing on the screen at all it will crack and kill pixels under the glass i know this from experience i have both sprint and bb insurance and im glad i do because bb is sending me a new phone and when i went into sprint they wont work on evo and will 100% send you a referb and it will also take 2 weeks with the high volume of evos selling and you will still pay 150 but if lost or stolen you still get your phone back so id say keep both and get the best of both worlds 17 bucks isnt bad for just in case things happen you would never expect oh and sprint doesnt cover water damage on the evo i might add |

stick with sprint insurance...i had bb on a few phones, and depending who's waiting on you, the policy always changes. i had one tell me i had to bring a slip from the sprint repair store saying it was broken, even though they saw that it was broken (psp plan).

2 replacements per year with sprint TEP (might have changed, but as of 2009 that was the deal)

yes the insurance is different for the evo hints the 150$ instead of the 100 deductible it does suck but having a broken phone u caant fix sucks more
