Re: HTC Sync Issues

I syncd my contacts and calendar and it was a no brainer ... didn't even have to do anything special. I have not rooted the phone yet though. It works as flawlessly as Activesync with my 6700 and XP. The only problem, it doesn't sync files other than apps. Now if only I could figure out how to have my appointments show up on the home screen a few days before they occur.

Re: HTC Sync Issues

You should not have to reboot the PC to get this to work but i do have to kill the ADB process from Task Manager each time. You can also run the following command if you do not want to do that.

c:\evo-recovery\adb-windows shell

This will allow you to open ADB.

Thanked. I have been so frustrated with this, but killing the adb process manually always gets it sync up right away. Sucks to have to do it, but it worked like a charm.
