Re: Increase call quality!
Well...I finally had a chance to make that call on my lunch break. I said EXACTLY what you said here, and the woman on the phone was very friendly...she said "oh, you're one of the lucky ones who got one of these phones"...and then she said "your MSL code is ######"...very painless, and one of the better customer service calls I've ever had.

Ah, finally got it. The key is that you have to be transferred to tech support. The general customer support folks don't have a clue what you're talking about.

Re: Increase call quality!
I was able to get my MSL code by asking CS to help reprogram the phone since I was having issue when pressing 1 for voicemail, another # shows up.
This thread should be change to how to get MSL code lol. |

Re: Increase call quality!
*2, followed menus for help with phone, blah, blah, operator...
A friendly gentleman named Abraham gave me my MSL and mentioned that someone else had already called about this. He even gave me the ##8626337# code but was sure to mention that this isn't supported by Sprint. Can't wait to try it out. |
