*2, followed menus for help with phone, blah, blah, operator...
A friendly gentleman named Abraham gave me my MSL and mentioned that someone else had already called about this. He even gave me the ##8626337# code but was sure to mention that this isn't supported by Sprint.
Can't wait to try it out.
