Back up game save on EVO (Plants Vs Zombies & Angry Birds)

So like most of you my phone is Rooted an I'm flashing a new ROM every other week or so. Anyway. I got the Amazon App Store released Plants Vs Zombies last week when it was free. Been playing it every day and I am pretty far in the game... I want to flash the new Gingerbread ROM... but I'll lose my save if I do... is there a way to avoid that? Anyway to back up the game saves on just that one game? I'd love to be able to do that with Angry birds too... restarting a game every time I add a new ROM sucks.
