Agreed, but for now anyone already under contract is safe. I assumed they will just change it whenever you try to renew a contract or upgrade a phone. They're pretty creative. Apple chose well for them, and bad for the consumer, when they went with AT&T. I just wish I'd known BEFORE I decided on the iPhone.

I'm not so sure about that with AT&T no longer offering unlimited data plans. I think there is going to be a lot more people switching over.
