Extremely curious to what you would do- POLL

I like something familiar. But if the HD2 has as many problems as the tp2 and it has better specs, then I might think twice. MS seems to have abandoned us

What I would be curious about, seeing how this is EVO part of the forum and most people here are very pro-android, if you voted 2nd option to stick with WM, post what influenced you.

My love for WinMo. While everyone was busy talking about how awful WinMo was, I was loving it. Then TouchFlo/Sense came out and I was hooked. I've always enjoyed the Flashing and openness of the platform. I'm also an accountant and needed the Office side of it as well.

Bottom line is, everyone starting getting ga ga over these little apps, and I was struck stupid thinking, "Why on earth would you need them?"

I'm jumping ship as it were, because of the apparent closed nature the Windows 7 Platform is headed.

BTW, does Android have Open Office, or something to that nature for excel, word, and pdf's?

Android has documents to go which lets you view all of that with the lite version and editing of all those with the pro version which is normally 29.99 but on sale for 14.99 right now before major update. If you new pro version comes out you will get the updated version when its available. Documents to go is made by DataViz, Inc

Wow I didn't know that. I'll see if I can find it and give it a shot. I'm still getting the Evo, but it would be interesting to see Android on my Touch. I don't really know how it will work out though because the main problem with my phone right now is the touch screen is all whacked out, and I assume it's hardware related because I've tried a hard reset 3 times and it won't fix the problem. The screen at times becomes really unresponsive and the alignment gets so far off my screen presses register at random places on the screen other than where I actually touch it. As you can imagine that makes texting extremely frustrating, because it's anybody's guess which letter will actually show up when I try to input a letter.

As far as WinMo though, I'm just over it. It was fun at first, but now it's boring, and Android looks like hot shizz.

Well put, and I agree. I've had three WinMo phones and one Android. The Android smokes them all. I'm a Microsoft fan too.
